The weekend started out cloudy and overcast, but ended sunny and lovely.  Friday night we went to Rooftop in Laguna to meet up with friends and had a nice evening despite to overcast skies and the cold breezes.  Saturday we spent the evening in San Diego for Tyler's 30th B-day celebration.   And today after a morning of window shopping we wound up back in laguna for a little beach action.

And Happy16th Birthday to my little Miss Al.  Geez, I can't believe it's been 16 years already.   I am so thankful to have you in my life, and can not wait for you to come visit me in CA.  miss you sis! xo!

Butterflies and Blue Skies

 

Jor and I are back in CA after an amazing trip home.  

2 things.

1. I am so thankful for all the family and friends I was able to see while I was home.  You mean the world to me.  This little thank you note from my moms class just proves to me how special the little things in life can be. 

2. I love this photo, it looks so calm and serene even though it was turbulent and stressful.  Some things are just out of our control, and sometimes I just need to remember to breathe.  Life is beautiful.   Slow down and take it in!
